St Francis links came out ahead of all other clubs in South Africa in 2021, which is a remarkable achievement and reflects the respect the club has amongst its peers and is a credit to the entire team responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to all who visit and use the many facilities available. The actual announcement of the award was on World Environmental Day (WED) 5 June 2020, resulting in the St Francis Links being featured on the international stage.

The recognition just keeps rolling in given the overall quality of the Estate and the outstanding efforts made by the staff who are responsible for delivering the standards that are set and maintained.
